What do I need to get Started?

  • Serial # and model # for each piece of equipment purchased
  • Installation date for existing locations or closing date for new construction
  • Email address for coverage selection confirmation
  • If you're a dealer, you'll need your customer number

If your equipment qualifies for an extended limited warranty, we will also ask for:

  • Serial #, model #, and brand of other accessories purchased for your system
